An expedition is organised and run by an Expedition Leader with the help of Expedition Staff. Expeditions are themed to specific pursuits such as SCUBA diving or interests such as a beach stay. Other expeditions target a specific budget range such as a ‘Sight Seeing on a budget tour’.

The fact sheet below outlines how to submit an activity tender and the planner is a tool to assist with submitting a successful tender.

Onsite Activities Coordinator

The Onsite Activities Coordinator will be a member of the Activities team, and will have responsibility for the running of onsite activities during the Moot. As a member of the Activities team the Onsite Activities Coordinator will be required to report to the Activities Director.

The Onsite Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising and running SAFE and FUN activities for staff and participants of the 18th Australian Rover Moot.
